iPod troubleshooting tips: Know your five Rs

ipodnano_icons.jpg
Where would a tightrope walker be without a tightrope? A mechanic without a wrench? A fisherman without those rubber leg things? Well, for any iPod owner, the five Rs can be as valuable as, well, ears (not really).

Apple has cleverly compiled a list of procedures that can cure most common maladies that have stricken your iPod. Frozen iPod? No problem. iPod not synching? Got it covered. iTunes crashing? No worries. Take a look at Apple's Five Rs before you freak out.

I deleted songs in ITunes but it won’t delete them in my Ipod. Why is that? I was able to do this with my old 20Gig iPod, but I am not with the new video 30 gig one.
